Where do RAMI ship?
Flat rate of RM100 to Singapore / Brunei.
We’re doing our very best to ship across the globe! If you’re purchasing to or from a country that isn’t listed above, email us at hello@rami.studio and we will assist you.
How long will my parcel arrive?
Once the parcel has been shipped out, it will be out of our control. Although one thing for sure we will expedite the process of your order once received. The estimated time of arrival for your parcel should be within a week. However, it varies from time to time and it’s depending on the courier service in your area.
Can I cancel / change my order?
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hello@rami.studio. We will try our best to assist you. HOWEVER, there’s a high chance that we won’t be able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
RETURN POLICY
Our Return Policy
1)We offer exchanges with Vouchers.
2) If you wish for a different size or style, you may contact us at hello@rami.studio stating the desired item and our team will check on the product availability before you making an exchange. Please note that returns will be made at your own cost.
BUT we get it, sometimes things don’t go your way so if you wish to return with requesting refunds, please make sure to do so within 1 week upon receiving your order. We will process your refunds within 2 weeks.
3) We do not offer cash refunds at this time.
4) Kindly make sure that the item is in good condition and ensure that you get the proof of postage to make sure the exchange or refund process runs smoothly.
5) We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sale items purchased during any sale.
